I have a steady flow of business documents that must move from either English or French into German and carry full legal weight in Germany. Because these files will be presented to banks, regulators, and potential partners, I can only accept work from sworn (beeidigter) translators registered in Germany or Austria—please include confirmation of your status in your proposal.

Scope
The material ranges from day-to-day corporate papers—think board minutes, shareholder notices, executive summaries—to the occasional contract addendum. Nothing is overwhelmingly technical, but accuracy in terminology and a keen sense of tone are crucial. I provide clean, editable source files (mostly Word and PDF). You return a sworn translation, signed and stamped, in PDF plus the corresponding editable file.

Workflow & Tools
If you prefer Trados, memoQ, or Wordfast, feel free to use them; just keep all formatting intact. I normally assign 1 000–3 000 source words per batch and confirm scheduling in advance. Turnaround is generally two to three business days, with rush jobs flagged beforehand.

Deliverables
• Sworn German translation (PDF with stamp/signature)
• Matching editable file (DOCX) mirroring original layout
• Short terminology note when new company-specific terms appear

On acceptance, I will share the first set immediately. Looking forward to collaborating with a certified professional who values precision and prompt communication.
