Casual Outdoor Team Photo Shoot

A single group photograph of around ten team members is needed to sit proudly on our website and reflect the relaxed, collaborative spirit that defines us. The scene should feel informal yet well-composed, captured at an outdoor spot near our office so natural light and surroundings communicate our culture at a glance.

Think jeans, smiles, maybe a couple of branded hoodies—nothing stiff. I’m picturing a clean, high-resolution image that feels candid but polished: no distracting shadows, everyone clearly visible, colours true to life. A short on-site session should be enough, though I’m open to a few extra shutter clicks to give us choice.

Key deliverables
• 1 hero image (minimum 4000 px on the long edge) in RAW and retouched JPEG/PNG
• Web-optimised version (≤250 KB) with transparent or white background option
• Basic colour grading and light retouching in Lightroom/Photoshop without altering authenticity
