Cartoonish 3D Figurine Modeling

I have a single reference image that I’d like transformed into a fully printable coloured 3D model. The style must stay decidedly cartoonish, yet I still want high-detail sculpting so the final print pops once it is scaled to a medium size (roughly 6–12 inches tall).

You’ll need to interpret the pose, proportions, and facial expression from the photo, build the mesh, add crisp surface details, and deliver a clean, watertight file ready for FDM or resin printing—STL or OBJ is fine. Please keep wall thicknesses, overhangs, and support considerations in mind so the figure prints without issues.
