Revit As-Built Models from Point Clouds

I will hand you fully registered point-cloud files and need you to turn them into clean, accurate 2D as-built floor plans and companion 3D building models. Every model must capture the architectural envelope—walls, slabs, roofs, columns, doors, windows—plus structural details; on some projects I will also ask for the mechanical, electrical, or plumbing runs that are visible in the scan.

All drawings and models must be delivered in both Revit (.rvt) and AutoCAD (.dwg) formats so I can slot them straight into our existing workflow. Please let me know:

• links or files that show comparable point-cloud to Revit work you have completed
• your pricing structure (hourly or per square metre)
• typical turnaround for small, medium, and multi-storey projects

This is a project-by-project engagement, but I have a steady pipeline, so reliable modellers who hit the brief quickly will be invited back for future scans. Let me know your current availability and any questions you might have and we can issue the first cloud for a trial run right away.
