Cartoonish 2D Animation

I'm seeking a skilled 2D animator to create a 6:09 minute animation to accompany a custom song. Like a mini-video to match song lyrics. Looking for a sketch type artwork. The animation should be cartoonish in style and is aimed at an adult audience. I have story boards already done (I think)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in 2D animation software
- Strong storytelling and visual development skills
- Experience in creating engaging cartoonish animations for adults
- Ability to synchronize animation with music
