Cartoonish 3D Figurine Modeling -- 2

I have a single reference image that I’d like transformed into a fully printable colored 3D model (STL format). The style must stay cartoonish while ensuring detailed sculpting, especially on the face, including eyes and other facial features. The final file will only be used for printing by someone else, so it must be optimized and watertight for 3D printing.

Expectations:
- High-detail surface finishing.
- Accurate proportions and pose interpretation based on the reference image.
- Ensure the model accounts for proper overhangs, wall thicknesses, and support structures suitable for FDM or resin printing.
