Cartoon-Style 2D Animation

I have a complete script in hand and now need it brought to life as a lively, engaging 2D cartoon animation. The goal is a polished video that matches the playful tone of the script while keeping pacing tight and visuals clean.

Here’s what I will supply:
• Final script in PDF.
• Basic notes on colour palette, mood, and any must-show moments.

What I’m looking for from you:
• Character and background design that feel cohesive with the story.
• Full animation production—storyboard (if you’d like to rough one out before animating), clean-ups, colouring, compositing, and final rendering in HD.
• Simple sound design and music placement, using royalty-free tracks or anything you already own the rights to.
• One round of revisions after the first full draft so we can fine-tune timing and expressions.

Please mention the software you’re most comfortable with (Toon Boom, Adobe Animate, TVPaint, etc.) and include links to a few cartoon pieces you’ve completed recently. If everything lines up, we can get started right away and discuss milestones for storyboard approval and final delivery.
