I have three separate building plans and want a clear stereotomy—essentially a cut-layout drawing—for the carpet installation. The only spaces you need to cover are the office rooms in each plan. My intent is to use carpet tiles, so the layout should show orientation, cuts, and any repeats that keep waste to an absolute minimum while still looking crisp and professional.

I will supply:
• The floor plans in DWG/PDF
• Site photos and a few inspiration images so you can catch the look I’m after

What I need back from you:
• One stereotomy sheet per plan (PDF + editable CAD) showing tile grid, cut lines, and dimensions
• A simple take-off or legend indicating tile counts and any special cuts

Accuracy is key; all measurements must align with the existing drawings so the installers can follow your diagrams without guesswork. If you’ve tackled carpet-tile layouts before, especially in office environments, you’ll know exactly what I’m looking for. Let’s get this mapped out.
