I need a complete wiring-harness model built in Capital XC and routed in CATIA for an Airbus commercial airliner. The loom will carry both power and signal lines, so separation rules, shielding call-outs, and connector selection have to be treated with the same rigor Airbus Engineering expects. All work must be documented to EN 9100 quality requirements, with the corresponding traceability files ready for audit.

Here is what I expect from you:

• Capital logical and physical schematics that clearly distinguish power and low-level signal runs, complete with splice tables and reference designators.
• A CATIA 3D installation model that fits the native Airbus coordinate system, validated for bend radius, clearance and maintainability.
• An automatically generated BOM and wiring list exported from Capital, cross-checked against the CATIA bundle.
• Compliance pack: EN 9100 checklist, revision history, and PDF plots suitable for internal release.

I will provide connector families, preferred wire gauges, and the latest ATA rack layout at project start. Please outline your experience with Capital XC and CATIA on commercial airliners when you respond, along with an estimated schedule to first design review and final release.
