Canva Brochure Design

I'm looking for a professional brochure designer to create an Canva Template that we can edit for changes moving forward of current inclusions. We have current templates in Publisher - that need refreshing. These are provided to potential clients for a home builder.

Key Requirements:
- The brochure should be visually appealing and professional.
- The design should be done on Canva for easy editing.
- The content will mainly consist of inclusions lists.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in graphic design, specifically with Canva.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and happy to work based on our current colour scheme.
- Ability to create engaging and informative brochures.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Prior experience designing brochures for companies targeting potential customers is a plus.

We have 8-10 brochures all up - they are only about 4 -6 pages each
