CALL HANDLING EXECUTIVE – CASE BASED

Marathe CredCare Private Limited is expanding its Debt Resolution Support Team and looking for freelance Call Handling Executives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will be assigned client cases and will:

• Handle calls from banks, NBFCs & recovery/collection agents
• Communicate professionally regarding the assigned case
• Follow communication guidelines provided by our team
• Record important call details and updates
• Escalate legal notices, threats or sensitive matters to the internal team
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information

PAYMENT

₹1,000 PER ACTIVE CLIENT CASE / MONTH

Multiple cases can be assigned
Work from your phone
Flexible / freelance engagement
No fixed monthly salary
Payment increases with the number of active cases handled

Example:
10 active cases = ₹10,000/month
20 active cases = ₹20,000/month

REQUIREMENTS

• Good Hindi / Marathi communication
• Basic English communication
• Confident and professional on calls
• Good listening & documentation skills
• Customer support / BPO / collections experience preferred
• Smartphone + WhatsApp
• High level of confidentiality and responsibility
