Customer Contact Enrichment & Telephony

I work for a large accounting membership organisation and we ideally need a team of people that can enrich two databases.

Task 1
We need to identify the current employer of 35,000 existing members, this can be done either telephonically or scraping various platforms online. Ideally have the company name AND the key finance contact at the organisation.

Task 2
We also need to identify the primary contact of a separate group of about 40,000 current employers who have employees that are members at our organisation. We know who the employers are but we just need to identify the key finance contact at that employer and we need to ask for their consent for further communications.

Task 2 will require telephonic contact, and ideally multiple attempts across each employer.

The contacts for this 2nd task can't simply be scraped online as we need explicit verbal (or written) approval that they are the key contact and happy to provide their information to us.

The people you are contacting will have employees at our member organisation and our brand will be known to them.

The calls will need to be made all over the globe, but predominantly in Australia, South East Asia and the Middle East.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Excellent phone communication skills
- A solid and believable grasp of English (especially for Australia phone numbers)
- Experience in customer service or phone verification
- Ability to follow a script accurately
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in data enrichment or similar tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately.

Please note that we already have a script in place for these calls.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish phone contact with key industry contacts.
- Gather and verify essential contact information.
- Update and enrich our existing customer database.

We'd ideally have this job done within 2 months, so please resource and quote accordingly.
