California Residential Permit Architect

I need a California-licensed architect to take my residential project from concept to an approved building permit. This job covers three clear services:

• Design and drafting
• Structural assessment
• Permit documentation

You will refine my sketches into full CD-level plans, run the structural calculations, and assemble the complete permit package ready for submission to our city’s building department. All drawings must comply with the current California Building Code, local zoning requirements, and Title 24 energy standards, and be delivered in both PDF and CAD formats with your professional stamp.

Please include an estimated turnaround time and note any recent residential permits you have successfully pushed through in California.
