WordPress SEO and Speed Optimization for single page site

I need help pushing atexengineering.co.uk further up the search results and giving visitors a noticeably faster experience. My main target is better rankings;

Here is where I’m at and what I’m looking for:
• Technical & on-page audit: crawl the site, spot structural or indexing issues, and turn the findings into actionable fixes.
• Performance overhaul: the image library is a drag on load times, so I want proper compression, next-gen formats, lazy-loading, and a caching / CDN setup that gets me well into the green on Google PageSpeed and Core Web Vitals.
• Clean implementation: any plugin changes or code edits must keep the WordPress back-end lean and future-proof; no bloated add-ons that slow the site down again.
• Result tracking: before-and-after metrics for ranking positions and page-load scores so I can see the impact plainly.

Please outline your approach, estimated timeline, and any questions you still need answered so we can get started right away.
