CAD Pro for Below-Elbow Prosthetic Hand -- 2

**CAD DESIGNER / CAD EXPERT REQUIRED – PROSTHETIC HAND**

MediVVarse Private Limited is looking for an experienced **CAD Expert/Freelancer** to support the design and development of a **personalized below-elbow prosthetic hand**.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop 3D CAD models of prosthetic hand components
* Design mechanical joints, finger mechanisms and structural components
* Create **parametric and customizable designs** based on user measurements
* Prepare designs for **3D printing, CNC machining and silicone casting**
* Optimize components for weight, strength, comfort and manufacturability
* Modify and iterate existing prototypes based on testing feedback
* Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings with dimensions and tolerances
* Support assembly and mechanism integration

**Preferred Skills:**

* Expert in **Fusion 360 / SolidWorks / CATIA / Creo**
* Experience with 3D printing and CNC manufacturing
* Strong knowledge of mechanical design and DFM
* Experience in prosthetics, robotics, medical devices or wearable products is an advantage

**Engagement:** Freelance / Project-based
**Location:** Remote
**Compensation:** Negotiable based on experience and portfolio
