My Instamojo store is already live in a basic, partially-set-up state and currently lists the physical products I sell. What I need now is a polished, conversion-focused upgrade.
Here’s the situation: the catalogue is uploaded, payments work, but the look, feel, and mobile experience are nowhere near the standard I want. I’d like an experienced e-commerce designer who is comfortable moving between Figma or Photoshop and the Instamojo admin to refine the entire storefront. Your mission will be to reshape the UI/UX, make every page fully responsive, and introduce proven conversion-rate-optimization tactics so more visitors become buyers.
Key responsibilities
• Re-design all store pages and key user journeys in Figma or Photoshop, ready for quick implementation on Instamojo.
• Ensure pixel-perfect responsiveness across modern phones and tablets.
• Streamline navigation, product display, cart, and checkout for fewer drop-offs and higher AOV.
• Apply CRO best practices—clear CTAs, trust badges, persuasive micro-copy, and lightweight performance tweaks—while keeping brand consistency.
• Hand over final design assets plus any Instamojo theme edits or custom CSS/HTML, with brief notes so I can manage tweaks later.
Acceptance criteria
• Store passes Google Mobile-Friendly Test.
• Pages load in under 3 seconds on 4G.
• New layout shows a measurable lift in engagement or checkout completion (I’ll compare to current baseline).
• All design files and code snippets delivered in an organised folder structure.
If you have previous Instamojo or similar e-commerce platform wins and can share before-and-after examples, I’d love to see them. Let’s turn this half-finished shop into a smooth, revenue-generating experience.
