Buy Published Android Apps with Google Play Transfer - $10–30

I am looking to purchase existing Android apps from independent developers, preferably based in India.

Budget: $10–30 USD per app (maximum $30).

I am interested in purchasing multiple apps from different developers.

I am not looking for new app development. I only want Android apps that are already published and publicly available on the Google Play Store.

Apps with very few downloads, no revenue, or no recent updates are welcome, provided they meet the requirements below.

1. Mandatory Requirements
Each app must meet all the following requirements:
- It must already be published and publicly available on Google Play.
- The seller must be the legitimate owner and have the legal right to sell it.
- It must be eligible for an official Google Play app transfer.
- The seller must transfer the app directly from their Google Play Developer account to my Google Play Developer account using Google’s official transfer procedure.
- The app must successfully appear in my Google Play Console after the transfer.
- The seller must provide the complete, working source code in Java, Kotlin, or Flutter.
- Full ownership, intellectual property rights, and commercial rights must be transferred to me.
- The app must have no unresolved Google Play policy violations, suspensions, or copyright issues.
- The app must be functional and capable of receiving updates through Google Play.
The purchase is not considered complete until the app has been successfully transferred to my developer account and all agreed source code and ownership rights have been delivered.

2. Types of Apps
I am interested in simple Android apps, including:
- Calculators
- Notes and productivity apps
- Educational apps
- Habit trackers
- Expense trackers
- Simple utility apps
- Basic tools
- Other small Android apps
Significant downloads, active users, revenue, and monetization are not required.

3. What I Am Not Interested In
Please do not offer:
- Apps that have never been published on Google Play
- Source code without an existing Google Play listing
- APK files without source code
- Suspended or removed apps
- Apps that cannot be officially transferred
- Apps with unresolved policy violations
- Apps containing stolen code or copyrighted content without the necessary rights
- New app development services
- Apps costing more than $30

4. Information Required from Sellers
When submitting your proposal, please provide:
1. A direct Google Play Store link to the app.
2. Your asking price in USD.
3. The programming language or framework used: Java, Kotlin, or Flutter.
4. The approximate number of downloads.
5. Confirmation that you own the app and have the right to sell it.
6. Confirmation that complete, working source code is included.
7. Confirmation that you can officially transfer the app to my Google Play Developer account.
8. Confirmation that there are no unresolved Google Play policy violations.
Proposals without a Google Play Store link will not be considered.

5. Transfer and Payment Procedure
The transaction will follow these steps:
1. The seller provides the Google Play Store link and app details.
2. The buyer reviews the app and confirms the purchase.
3. The buyer funds a Freelancer milestone.
4. The seller initiates the official Google Play app transfer to the buyer’s developer account.
5. The transfer is completed, and the app appears in the buyer’s Google Play Console.
6. The seller delivers the complete source code and written confirmation of the transfer of ownership, intellectual property rights, and commercial rights.
7. The buyer verifies the agreed deliverables.
8. The buyer releases the milestone payment after successful completion.
All payments will be handled through Freelancer.com.

6. Long-Term Cooperation
I am interested in purchasing multiple apps. Developers who own several small published Android apps are welcome to share their portfolio.

The maximum price remains $30 per app.

If the first transaction is successful, I may purchase additional apps.
