Business Representative for Auren Studio

Auren Studio is looking for a confident, professional English-speaking business representative to attend one video call on behalf of our company.

This is a short-term assignment, not a full-time sales role.

About Auren Studio

Auren Studio is a premium web design and development studio creating high-end digital experiences for businesses and premium brands.

You will receive a concise briefing document before the call explaining the company, services, pricing, sales structure, and the purpose of the meeting.

Purpose of the Call

The call will be with a potential Full-Cycle Sales / Business Development Representative who may work with Auren Studio.

Your job is to professionally represent Auren during the conversation and evaluate whether the candidate is a good fit.

You will NOT be expected to pretend to be the Founder.

You will represent Auren Studio as an authorized business representative for this meeting.

Your Responsibilities

Before the call:

Read our briefing document
Understand Auren Studio's offer and positioning
Understand the sales role we are recruiting for
Review the questions we want answered

During the call:

Introduce yourself professionally as an Auren Studio representative
Explain the company and opportunity when necessary
Ask the candidate about their sales experience
Discuss lead generation, outreach, appointment setting, closing, and follow-up
Confirm that they understand the role is performance-based
Confirm the 20% commission structure
Evaluate whether they can manage the full sales process independently
Ask relevant follow-up questions
Take notes
Keep the conversation professional and structured

After the call:

Give us a short assessment of the candidate
Highlight strengths
Highlight concerns or red flags
Give your recommendation on whether we should proceed
Important

You will NOT have authority to independently:

Change our pricing
Change the 20% commission structure
Offer a salary or retainer
Change contract terms
Offer discounts
Promise additional services
Sign agreements on behalf of Auren Studio

If something outside the agreed structure is discussed, simply tell the candidate that it requires Founder approval.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

Speaks fluent, professional English
Is confident on Zoom/Google Meet
Has experience in business development, sales, account management, consulting, recruitment, or client-facing roles
Communicates clearly and professionally
Is comfortable asking direct business questions
Can follow a briefing closely
Can think independently during a conversation
Has good judgment
Presents themselves professionally

Experience with digital agencies, web design, B2B sales, SaaS, marketing, or technology is a strong advantage.

Approximately:

30–45 minutes

Please also allow some preparation time to review the briefing beforehand.

Budget

$50 fixed price for the complete assignment
