We are expanding across Chhattisgarh and looking for a motivated business development partner to generate customer enquiries and recruit franchise partners.
### Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads for Personal Loans, Business Loans, MSME finance, and other eligible loan products.
- Identify customers seeking GST registration, ITR filing, legal services, insurance, and digital business services.
- Find potential franchise partners across Chhattisgarh.
- Contact shopkeepers, entrepreneurs, traders, small businesses, self-employed professionals, and local service providers.
- Conduct calling, follow-ups, and lead qualification.
- Maintain customer and franchise prospect data in Google Sheets or our CRM.
- Share approved service information and help interested prospects connect with our team.
### Target Customers
- Small business owners, retailers, and shopkeepers, CSC Center, Cyber cafe owners.
- MSMEs, traders, startups, and entrepreneurs.
- Salaried individuals and eligible loan applicants.
- Insurance and tax service seekers.
- Cyber cafés, CSC operators, consultants, and existing service centres interested in becoming franchise partners.
##Commission Structure
Earn **25% commission on the franchise fee actually received by Digital Mitraa** for each successfully converted franchise case.
Customer service leads and loan-related cases may have separate incentives, subject to an agreed written commission policy. Loan approval is always subject to the lender's eligibility criteria.

Location: Chhattisgarh, India
Work mode: Remote / Field-based
Engagement: Commission-based business development opportunity.
### Ideal Candidate
Good Hindi communication, calling skills, local market knowledge, lead generation experience, and the ability to maintain accurate follow-up records.

Commission & Fast Payment Policy
Franchise Commission: 25% of the franchise fee actually received by Digital Mitraa for each successfully converted franchise case.
Fast Payout: Commission will be paid within 1 hour of successful deal completion and payment confirmation** by Digital Mitraa.
Customer Leads: Incentives for loan, GST, ITR, insurance, and other service cases will follow the agreed commission policy.
-Transparent Tracking: Every eligible deal will be recorded with lead details, deal status, payment confirmation, and commission amount.
-Important: Commission applies only to verified deals completed and paid for, subject to the agreed terms.
