Business Central AL Customization Project

My priority is to build and refine Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central through new AL objects, with the spotlight on custom tables and pages. These pages must support clean data entry, run their own validation, trigger custom workflows, and surface key metrics in dashboard-style reports.

Beyond the UI layer, I need business logic that enforces bespoke validation rules and handles data integration processes so information moves reliably between internal modules and any external systems we connect later.

Additional work will include, when required, adjusting RDLC or Word layouts for reports, extending posting and approval workflows, exposing data through APIs or web services, and tuning SQL for performance.

Deliverables
• AL code for tables, pages, and supporting codeunits
• Implemented validation rules and workflow logic, fully tested
• Dashboard/report layouts and any modified RDLC/Word files
• Technical documentation (object list, install steps, test scripts)
• Source packaged in a Git repository and a compiled extension ready for deployment

Acceptance Criteria
• Extension installs without compile warnings or permission errors
• All test scenarios for data entry, validation, and workflow pass
• Performance meets current production benchmarks
• Documentation is clear enough for another developer to maintain

I will provide functional specs and a sandbox; you return weekly progress updates and commit to the agreed timeline and quality gates.
