I need a fully-built n8n workflow that can:
• move information seamlessly between my core apps,
• send real-time alerts or follow-up messages when specific events occur, and
• create or update records that arrive via forms or emails.
The exact stack is still open—think Google Sheets, Gmail, Drive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, or similar—but the goal is to have everything talking to each other reliably through n8n using webhooks or direct API calls. I will share credentials, field maps, and preferred timing once we agree on the best approach.
Deliverables I expect:
1. A production-ready n8n workflow file (JSON) with clear node labels.
2. A brief Loom or written walkthrough showing how to adjust credentials, schedules, and message templates.
3. Post-deployment support for any tweaks discovered during the first week of live use.
