Bullet-Point Transcription of Notes

I have several sets of handwritten class notes that are very clear but still stuck on paper. I need them turned into a clean, well-structured Word document written entirely in bullet-point format so that I can review and search the material quickly.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Every sentence or key idea becomes a concise bullet.
• Logical headings and sub-headings break up each topic.
• The several diagrams scattered through the pages are either recreated with Word’s simple drawing tools or captured as clear photos and embedded in the right spot—whatever is fastest while keeping them readable.

Accuracy matters more than speed; spelling, terminology, and the order in which concepts appear must follow the original pages. The handwriting is easy to read, so there’s no guesswork. Once the document is complete, I’d like a quick pass for consistency in formatting (uniform bullet style, font, and spacing). Deliver the finished file as a .docx, ready for me to print or edit further.
