I have a small batch—no more than 50 pages—that I need transcribed verbatim into an editable digital file. Accuracy is my top priority: every word, number, and punctuation mark should match the source material so I can search, edit, and archive it without having to cross-check again.

The originals include a mix of printed and lightly annotated pages. Please preserve basic formatting such as headings, paragraphs, bullet points, and any bold or italic emphasis that appears. If a section is unclear, flag it so I can confirm the intended wording rather than guess.

Turnaround is flexible within a few days, but let me know if you can finish sooner. Deliver the final document in whichever format you work fastest—Word, PDF, or plain text all suit me—as long as it remains fully editable.

Before we start, tell me:
• Your estimated completion time for up to 50 pages
• How you ensure spelling and punctuation accuracy (spell-check, human review, etc.)
• Any recent, similar retyping jobs you’ve handled

Once you send a short sample from the first page and I confirm everything looks perfect, you can proceed with the remaining pages.
