I’m ready to introduce my premium Indian black pepper to everyday shoppers, but only through brick-and-mortar outlets. The product will arrive at each store in bulk packs, allowing the retailer to bottle, scoop, or refill as they prefer. What I need is a practical, store-focused sales plan and the on-the-ground support to make it happen.
Your job is to map out which local or regional grocery chains, gourmet shops, and zero-waste stores are the best fit, open the conversation with their buying teams, and guide us through listing requirements, margins, and supply schedules. Because we’re targeting retail consumers, every step—shelf placement, point-of-sale messaging, demo days—must speak directly to shoppers who value freshness and origin.
I’ll provide product specs, lab reports, and high-resolution imagery; you bring your network, negotiation skills, and insight into food-category merchandising. Success means signed purchase orders, a rollout calendar, and a repeatable playbook for expansion into the next group of stores.
