Bulk PDF Data Copying Project

I have more than fifty PDF files that must be copied, word-for-word and number-for-number, into a clean digital format. The task is straightforward data entry—no transcription or audio work—just accurate transfer of every figure, label, and note that appears in each PDF.

Each source document is laid out consistently, so once the template is set the process should flow quickly. I will supply an Excel workbook (or Google Sheet if preferred) with predefined column headers; simply mirror the information from the PDFs into the matching fields. Accuracy is the priority: spelling, punctuation, and numeric values must match the originals, and any missing or unclear items should be flagged for review rather than guessed.

Deliverables
• A single spreadsheet containing the data from all PDFs, formatted identically throughout
• A brief completion log noting any pages that were unreadable or required clarification
• Spot-checked validation showing at least 5% of entries double-checked against the source

Once the spreadsheet passes a quick accuracy review, the job is complete.
