I have roughly 200 pages worth of Excel sheets that need to be brought up to date and properly formatted. All of the correct information is already available in a series of PDFs and images, so the task is two-fold:
• First, cross-check every name, date, and contact detail in the spreadsheets against what appears in the source PDFs/images, correcting any discrepancies you spot.
• Second, tidy up the look and feel of each sheet—consistent column widths, clean tables, sensible number/date formats, and an overall layout that’s easy to read and ready for reporting.
You’re free to use whichever Excel tools or shortcuts you prefer (Power Query, conditional formatting, quick-fill, etc.) as long as the end result is an error-free file that mirrors the source documents exactly on those key fields and looks professional throughout all 200 pages.
When you finish, I’ll review the updated workbook by pulling random samples and confirming the names, dates, and contact info match the PDFs. If everything checks out and the formatting is consistent, the job is complete.
