Lockbox Payment Data Entry

I will send you scanned lockbox documents and need the essential figures copied into an Excel file. For every item on a document, record three things on its own row: the payment amount, the payment date, and the customer or account number shown.

The spreadsheet will already be set up with those three column headers, so you can start typing straight away—no formulas or macros required. Accuracy is critical because the file feeds our internal reports; please double-check each entry before you mark the batch complete. Once finished, return the updated workbook to me and keep the original naming convention intact so it drops into our workflow smoothly.

If you work quickly and maintain a low error rate, I will have additional batches for you on a rolling basis.
