Bulk Document Spelling Cleanup

I have a backlog of more than fifty text documents, each running well past the twenty-page mark. Every file needs a thorough spelling sweep while preserving the original structure and any embedded formatting.

Here’s how I see the workflow: you open each document in Word or Google Docs, turn on Track Changes, catch and correct every spelling error, then save two versions—one with edits visible and a final clean copy. No grammar overhaul is required; this task is strictly focused on spelling accuracy and faithful data entry of any hand-written notes that appear in margins or footnotes.

Because the material is under copyright, strict confidentiality is essential. Please work only inside the shared folder I provide and do not reuse the content elsewhere. Progress updates every ten documents will keep us aligned, and I will spot-check the first batch to be sure we’re on the same page before you continue.

Once the full set is delivered in both tracked and clean formats and passes a final spell-check review on my side, the project will be marked complete.
