Build WooCommerce E-Commerce Site

I’m launching a new online store and need an experienced developer to turn my vision into a fully functional WooCommerce site. The core platform must be WordPress + WooCommerce—this is non-negotiable, as it aligns with my existing workflow and content plans.

Key requirements
• Store setup and configuration in WooCommerce, including product catalog, shopping cart, checkout, tax and shipping rules.
• Seamless PayPal integration as the primary payment gateway. I may add Stripe or Square later, so structuring the site for easy expansion is a plus.
• Clean, responsive front-end that looks great on desktop and mobile, with attention to performance and SEO basics (fast load times, logical heading structure, schema where relevant).
• Admin area configured so I can add products, coupons and blog posts without touching code.
• Security best practices: SSL, reCAPTCHA or similar on forms, and up-to-date plugins only.

Acceptance criteria
1. A staging URL where I can test the full purchase flow with PayPal sandbox.
2. On approval, migration to my live hosting, preserving all settings and permalinks.
3. Final hand-off includes brief video or written guide covering product uploads, order management and routine maintenance.
