Job Description:
I am an e-commerce founder looking for an experienced Node.js/Python developer or a Micro-Agency to build a fully automated "Conversational Commerce" AI Chatbot on WhatsApp.
There is no web frontend required for the user. 100% of the customer journey will happen inside WhatsApp.
The Exact User Flow You Need To Build:
Entry (CTWA): User clicks on our Meta Ad and lands on our WhatsApp Business API (Interakt / Wati / AiSensy - you will advise the best one).
First Interaction & Payment: The bot asks for their 10-digit mobile number. Once provided, the bot sends a Razorpay/PhonePe payment link inside the chat for ₹99.
Webhook & AI Processing: Once payment is confirmed via webhook, the backend sends the user's data to Google Gemini 1.5 Flash/Pro API along with my custom strict System Prompt (I will provide the prompt logic).
Voice & Text Output: The backend takes Gemini’s response and sends it back to the user on WhatsApp as a formatted Text Message AND generates a natural Audio Voice Note (using Google Text-to-Speech API or ElevenLabs).
Two-Way Voice Support (Speech-to-Text): If the user sends a Voice Note instead of typing a question, the system must transcribe it (using Whisper/Google STT), feed it to Gemini, and reply back in Text + Voice Note.
Dynamic Upselling: The bot must be able to handle dynamic follow-up questions from the user (e.g., Health, Wealth, Relationships) and trigger new payment links (e.g., ₹258 or ₹1104) before Gemini answers the premium queries.
Key Requirements & Tech Stack:
Node.js or Python (FastAPI/Flask).
Experience with WhatsApp Business API (Interakt, AiSensy, etc.).
Experience with Razorpay Payment Links & Webhooks.
Experience with LLM APIs (Google Gemini) and Audio processing (TTS & STT).
Need a basic Google Sheet or Admin UI integration so I can easily change pricing, API keys, or system prompts without touching the source code.
