I’m starting from a blank slate and need a skilled developer to turn my e-commerce concept into a fully functioning web application. This means setting up the entire stack—from the database schema and product catalogue all the way through to the shopping cart, payment gateway, and responsive front-end.
I’m open to modern frameworks such as React or Vue on the client side and Node, Django, or Laravel on the back end, so long as the final result is fast, secure, and easy to scale. Clean, well-commented code, Git version control, and clear communication as you progress are all essential.
Deliverables
• MVP web app with user registration, product management, search, cart, checkout, and order tracking
• Admin dashboard for inventory and sales reporting
• Integration with at least one mainstream payment provider (Stripe or PayPal preferred)
• Basic unit and integration tests plus deployment instructions
If you’ve launched e-commerce sites before and can guide best practices on UX, SEO, and security hardening, let’s talk about timelines and milestones.
