Build Subscription Home-Improvement Platform -- 2

I’m creating Zippyservice, a subscription-based model that lets customers lock in reliable home-improvement help whenever they need it. The core bundle will cover plumbing, electrical work, full-scale renovations, and even specialist jobs such as tank cleaning.

What I need now is an end-to-end digital platform—web first, with the option to extend into mobile later—that can:
• Showcase the plans and what’s included in each tier
• Let users subscribe, schedule visits, and manage recurring payments seamlessly
• Match jobs to vetted technicians and track task status in real time
• Handle service categories (plumbing, electrical, renovation, tank cleaning) with separate workflows where necessary
• Provide an internal dashboard for me to monitor subscriptions, assign staff, and view analytics

Core tech is flexible—Laravel, Node, Rails, or comparable back-end; React, Vue, or similar for the front-end—as long as the final build is clean, scalable, and easy for my non-technical team to maintain. Stripe or another PCI-compliant gateway will be required for recurring payments.

Acceptance criteria:
1. A working MVP deployed to a live hosting environment with SSL.
2. Source code, database schema, and setup documentation.
3. Admin credentials plus a brief hand-off call or recorded walkthrough covering user flow, subscription management, and technician assignment.
