Build Windows Productivity Desktop App

I need an experienced software engineer to design, code, and package a Windows-only desktop application whose core purpose is to boost user productivity. The interface should feel modern yet lightweight, launching quickly and remaining unobtrusive while running in the background.

You will take the project from concept to final installer, including UI/UX design, core feature implementation, local data storage, and basic update handling. Please choose the language and framework you are most comfortable with on Windows (for example C#, .NET 6/7, WPF, WinUI 3, Electron, or another proven stack) and explain why it is the best fit for maintainability and performance.

Key deliverables
• Compiled executable and a click-through installer that works on Windows 10 and 11
