Build Hebrew RTL Football Jersey E-Commerce Website – Cart, Checkout, PayPal, Apple Pay & Google Pay

We are looking for an experienced full-stack/e-commerce web developer to build a professional online football jersey store based on our existing sketches/wireframes and requirements.

The website will primarily be in Hebrew and must support full RTL (Right-to-Left) layout. Certain content, such as league names, football team names, and jersey/shirt names, may remain in English or use a Hebrew/English combination where appropriate.

We already have design sketches showing the general layout and functionality. These will be shared with the selected freelancer. The developer should convert these concepts into a polished, modern, responsive, easy-to-manage e-commerce website.

Main Requirements
Hebrew RTL website
Proper right-to-left layout throughout the website.
Hebrew menus, buttons, checkout labels, descriptions, shipping information, etc.
League names, team names and jersey names can remain in English where required.
RTL must work correctly on desktop, tablet and mobile.
Homepage
Professional football/soccer themed design.
Store branding/logo area.
Large hero/banner area.
Football-related background or visual design.
Display leagues as clickable sections/cards.
League navigation/sidebar based on the supplied wireframe.
Clicking a league should display the relevant teams.
Newsletter/promotional email signup area.
Name and email fields for customers who want to receive promotions and updates.
League & Team Structure
Organize products in a hierarchy such as:
League → Team → Jerseys
Each league should contain its corresponding football teams.
Each team should have its own page.
Team page should display:
Home Kit
Away Kit
Third Kit
Team logo/name should appear clearly at the top.
Admin should be able to add/edit/remove leagues, teams and products later.
Jersey/Product Page
Each jersey should have multiple product images.
Large main image.
Thumbnail images underneath.
Previous/next arrows for browsing images.
Clicking thumbnails should update the main image.
Images should display clearly in good resolution.
Product details, price and available options should be easy to understand.
Jersey Customization Popup/Section
When the customer selects a jersey, a customization panel/modal should open.
Customer should be able to choose options such as:
Add player/customer name and shirt number.
Name input field.
Number input field.
Additional charge for name/number customization.
Select jersey version where applicable, such as Fan/Basic or Player version.
Different version may have an additional price.
Size selection.
Add optional patches.
Patch selection may include options such as Champions League, Europa League or domestic/local league.
Additional price for patch.
Order/product notes where appropriate.
Product total must automatically update whenever a paid option is selected.
Final calculated price must be clearly displayed before adding the product to the cart.
Shopping Cart
Add products to cart.
Update quantity.
Remove items.
Display jersey options/customizations inside the cart.
Display selected team, kit type, size, name/number, patches and other options.
Automatically calculate subtotal and total.
Cart icon should show the current number of products/items.
Quantity/cart indicator should update immediately when an item is added or removed.

Shipping Information
Checkout should clearly communicate the supplied delivery information, including:
Package delivery/collection point information.
Estimated delivery time.
Current requirement indicates approximately 14–21 business days from shipment.
Order preparation/dispatch may take approximately 3–5 days.
Text must be editable from the admin area so delivery information can be changed later.

Payment Integration
We need a secure checkout/payment solution supporting the required payment methods where technically and geographically available:

Credit/debit card, including Visa
PayPal
Apple Pay
Google Pay

The freelancer should explain which payment gateway(s) they recommend for an Israeli e-commerce store and confirm which payment methods can be supported through that gateway.

PayPal merchant/account information will be provided privately to the selected developer.

Automatic Order Email After Successful Payment
After payment has been successfully confirmed, the system must automatically generate and send a detailed order email to the store administrator.

The administrator email will be provided privately after the project is awarded.

The email must only be triggered appropriately after successful payment/order confirmation to prevent incomplete or unpaid orders from being treated as completed purchases.

Admin Dashboard
We need a simple administration system where the owner can manage:
products, prices, product images, leagues, teams, sizes, stock/availability where applicable, Home/Away/Third kits, customization prices, patch prices/options, orders, customer details, delivery text, promotions and newsletter registrations.

Responsive Design
Website must work properly on:
desktop computers, laptops, tablets, iPhone and Android devices.

The mobile version is especially important because many customers will purchase directly from their phones.

Design & User Experience
The supplied sketches are wireframes/concepts, not a requirement to reproduce a rough handwritten appearance.
The developer should transform them into a modern and professional football store while maintaining the requested page structure and functionality.

We want:
clean design, good spacing, easy navigation, fast product browsing, professional image galleries, clear checkout steps and excellent Hebrew RTL support.

Performance & Technical Quality
The finished website should have:
fast page loading, optimized product images, secure checkout, SSL compatibility, form validation, spam/basic security protection, clean URLs, basic SEO structure, browser compatibility and responsive performance.

Technology
We are open to an appropriate solution such as:
WordPress + WooCommerce, Shopify, or a suitable custom solution.

If bidding, please explain which platform you recommend and why.

We want a solution that is reliable and easy for a non-technical owner to manage after completion.

Final Deliverables
Complete working website, Hebrew RTL frontend, responsive mobile/desktop design, league/team/product structure, product image gallery, customization system, cart, checkout, payment gateway integration, automatic order email system, admin dashboard, testing of all forms/payment flows, deployment to our hosting/domain, basic instructions for managing products/orders, and source files/access credentials belonging to the project.

The selected freelancer will receive the complete sketches/wireframes and additional Hebrew wording during development.

Because some website text is Hebrew, experience with RTL websites is strongly preferred. You do not necessarily need to speak Hebrew fluently, but you must be comfortable implementing Hebrew content exactly as supplied and correctly handling RTL formatting.

When Submitting Your Proposal

Please tell us about your previous RTL/Hebrew or Arabic e-commerce experience, provide examples of similar stores you have developed, tell us whether you recommend WooCommerce, Shopify or another solution, explain how you would implement the jersey customization/add-on pricing, explain your recommended payment setup for PayPal/cards/Apple Pay/Google Pay, provide your total fixed-price quote, estimated completion time, and state whether deployment and post-launch bug fixing are included.
