As Product Manager for the Stelo app, you’ll lead the development of in-app features that help users monitor, understand, and improve their metabolic health. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, engineering, clinical, and marketing teams to deliver experiences that are evidence-based, engaging, and impactful.
Where you come in:

Continuously discover and prioritize opportunities that will drive our product and business outcomes

Translate user needs, clinical insights, and business goals into clear product requirements

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to craft intuitive and motivating user experiences

Partner with engineering to prioritize and deliver high-quality mobile features

Monitor product performance, user feedback, and health outcomes to iterate and improve

Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap for the Stelo app, and take ownership of driving execution from concept to launch.

Stay current on trends in metabolic health, digital therapeutics, and mobile health innovation

What makes you successful:

3+ years of product management experience for a mobile app, ideally in digital health or wellness

Strong understanding of, and passion for metabolic health

Proven success building and launching mobile apps (iOS/Android)

Experience with wearable tech, CGM, and/or health data platforms

Familiarity with regulatory considerations in consumer health apps

Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments

Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills

Passion for empowering people to live healthier lives through technology

Experience and Education Requirements:

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.

At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.

Remote Workplace:Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
