Build Early Childhood Learning Center

Our CSR initiative will fund the complete design and construction of an early-learning facility aimed at children in their formative years. The center must feature purpose-built classrooms, child-sized toilets, a safe outdoor playground, and a compact kitchen for basic meal preparation. I am seeking a partner who can take the project from concept sketches through hand-over, supplying architectural plans (AutoCAD or Revit), structural and MEP drawings, a clear bill of quantities, and a phased schedule that fits the local permitting process.

Safety, accessibility, and durable, low-maintenance materials are critical. Where possible, propose sustainable options—natural lighting, rain-water harvesting, or passive cooling—that keep long-term operating costs low without stretching the initial budget.

Acceptance criteria:
• Signed-off construction drawings that meet local codes.
• A timeline with milestones for ground-breaking, shell completion, fit-out, and final inspection.
• On-site progress photos or videos for each milestone.
• Practical completion certificate and as-built documentation.

If you already have experience delivering community schools or similar non-profit facilities, share references and highlight how you managed quality and stakeholder reporting. I will review design concepts together with our CSR committee before we give the green light for construction, so clarity and responsiveness during the design phase are essential.
