Build Dynamic Booking Platform for Travel Business

I run Wing of Travel, a travel and property booking business based in Coorg (Kodagu), Karnataka. I need a booking platform built in two phases — starting with Phase 1, and moving to Phase 2 with the same freelancer if the work is good.
PHASE 1 (₹25,000–30,000) — Core Booking Platform
Admin panel to add/edit/remove properties (resorts, villas, homestays): photos, amenities, seasonal pricing, room types, occupancy, house rules
Guest-facing search + live availability booking engine
Admin dashboard: view all bookings across properties, manual entry for phone/walk-in bookings
Auto booking confirmation via email/WhatsApp
PHASE 2 (₹15,000–20,000) — OTA Sync & Payments
Two-way calendar sync with existing listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo (iCal minimum, real-time channel manager API preferred)
Razorpay payment gateway — full or partial advance payment, auto-generated receipts
Existing plugin/template-based solutions are welcome — this does not need to be built from scratch. WordPress + booking/channel-manager plugins are perfectly acceptable if they meet requirements faster and cheaper.
