Footwear ERP with Live Inventory

I need a custom ERP application focused exclusively on inventory management for a footwear manufacturing line. The system must give me true real-time visibility of every material and finished pair the moment it moves—no overnight batches or manual refreshes.

Day-to-day, I’ll be using it to track leather rolls, soles, accessories and the finished SKUs down to size, colour and style, so the database structure has to understand those footwear-specific attributes out of the box. A single screen should let supervisors see current stock, incoming deliveries, work-in-progress and any items reserved for sales orders. Barcode or RFID input is welcome if it helps keep updates instant.

For this first phase my priority is rock-solid stock tracking:
• Live quantity on hand, allocated, in transit and on order
• Automatic adjustments when raw materials move to production or products leave packing
• Low-stock alerts and a simple replenishment report I can export to Excel

Please build with a modern, maintainable stack and leave room for future modules such as order processing and production scheduling, but don’t develop those yet. I will consider the job complete when I can log in, add or scan an item and watch the numbers update across all users in real time without page reloads.
