Build CHERCHE Marketplace App

I am looking for an experienced and reliable developer or small development team to build CHERCHE, a complete second-hand marketplace mobile application for iOS and Android, from scratch.

The application must include:

- Modern, premium UI/UX design following my existing brand identity, colors, logo and visual references.
- User registration, authentication and profile management.
- Product listings with photos, categories, advanced search and filters.
- Product publishing, editing and seller dashboards.
- Favorites, integrated messaging and notifications.
- Secure payments using MangoPay, including marketplace seller payouts.
- Shipping integration with La Poste/Colissimo, including tracking and shipping labels.
- Order management, buyer protection, refunds and dispute handling.
- Firebase or another suitable secure backend, database, storage and server-side functionality.
- Administration dashboard for managing users, listings, transactions and disputes.
- Complete testing, bug fixes and publication on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

The application will initially target Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guiana and mainland France.

I will provide the detailed specifications, branding and design references.

Requirements:
- Proven experience building complete marketplace applications.
- Strong Flutter and backend development skills.
- Experience with payment and shipping integrations.
- All source code must be developed and delivered through my private GitHub repository.
- Full ownership and intellectual property rights must be transferred to me.
- Fixed-price contract with milestone-based payments.
- Final delivery must include a fully functional, tested and published application.
