Build and Fully Integrate Telegram SMM API Into Existing Website

I need an experienced backend/API developer to build a complete Telegram SMM API and fully integrate it into my existing website.

This is not just an API coding task. The selected developer will be responsible for the complete implementation, integration, testing, deployment, and making sure the service works correctly from the website.

Main Requirements

The API must support Telegram channel and group services through a reliable and documented provider/API.

The system should include:

Complete REST API, preferably FastAPI / Python
Telegram channel and group service support
High-volume order processing
Service management
Order creation
Order status tracking
Automatic order processing
Failed order handling
Retry/refill support where available
Cancellation handling where supported
Provider balance/status monitoring
Multiple service IDs
Ability to add additional providers later
PostgreSQL or another reliable production database
Complete API logging
Error handling
Authentication and API security
Rate limiting
Webhook support where required
Admin Requirements

Admin accounts must have special privileges.

Admins should be able to:

Place internal service orders without deducting money from their normal user balance
Manage services
Enable/disable services
Change service prices
Manage users
View all orders
View failed/completed/pending orders
Retry supported orders
View provider/API status
View API logs
Manage provider configuration

Normal customers should use their account balance when placing paid orders.

Website Integration — REQUIRED

The developer must personally integrate the completed API into my existing website.

I do not want only source code or API documentation.

You are responsible for:

Connecting the frontend to the new API
Connecting the backend
Connecting the database
Configuring environment variables
Configuring provider credentials
Configuring service IDs
Setting up webhooks
Deploying the completed system
Fixing integration errors
Testing real order flows
Making sure orders created from the website reach the API correctly
Making sure order status is updated correctly on the website
Making sure admin functions work correctly

The project will only be considered complete when you demonstrate that the website + API + database + provider integration are working together successfully.

Final Delivery

When the work is completed, I need:

Full source code
Complete API documentation
Endpoint documentation
Request/response examples
Database schema and migrations
Service ID documentation
Provider configuration
Webhook documentation
Authentication documentation
Error codes
Environment variable documentation
Deployment instructions
Test access/credentials where applicable
Working production deployment

Another FastAPI developer should be able to maintain the project later without contacting you for missing technical information.
