I'm looking for skilled developers to build a mobile + web auditing and inspection app for businesses. The app lets teams run digital inspections, capture findings on-site, and generate professional reports, replacing paper checklists and spreadsheets with a fast, modern workflow.
Design first: Before any development begins, we need proper UI/UX design for the app: full wireframes and a polished, clickable design/prototype that we sign off on before build. We also need unique, custom-made graphics and assets (icons, illustrations, visual elements) created specifically for this project, with no generic stock or reused assets. All design work and assets must be original and owned by us on delivery.
Platforms (all three):
iOS & Android: built in React Native
Web: separate React frontend
Core features required:
Custom digital checklists/forms: users create their own inspection templates, with support for photos, annotations, comments, and e-signatures.
Offline mode: conduct inspections without internet; sync automatically once back online.
Branded PDF reports: auto-generate clean, professional inspection reports in one click, with scores and photos, ready to share.
Corrective actions: assign follow-up tasks, set due dates/priorities, and track them to resolution with notifications.
Analytics dashboard: scores, recurring failures, historical trends, and audit history in real time.
Audit scheduling: plan and assign inspections in advance with reminders.
User roles & permissions: admin/manager/inspector access levels.
Also important:
Clean, mobile-first UI that frontline/field workers can use with no training.
Well-structured, documented, maintainable code (this will be an ongoing SaaS product).
Scalable backend with a sensible API design.
Need someone who can also help with publishing the app to the appstores as well.
