Bubble UrbanCo App & Dashboard

I need a full-featured marketplace built on Bubble that mirrors the Urban Company workflow while adding a rental layer for tools and machinery. At launch, customers must be able to book professional services—specifically plumbing, electrical work and other skilled trades.

Alongside service booking, the same customers should see a catalog of equipment they can rent by the day. Once a rental is confirmed, my own logistics team will handle both delivery and collection, so the app has to trigger internal dispatch tasks and track status updates (out for delivery, delivered, ready for pickup, collected).

Core screens: customer app, service-pro portal for job management, and an admin dashboard where I can approve providers, manage listings, set prices and monitor transactions in real time. Payment flow should support split payouts between service pros and the platform, while rental orders route funds directly to us.

Please architect everything natively in Bubble—database, APIs, responsive pages and workflows—so I can iterate without code later. When you hand over the project I expect clean data types, reusable elements, and concise documentation pointing to the key workflows and admin controls.
