Automotive Dealership Tracking Prototype

I need an interactive prototype that shows how every step of an automobile sale is captured and made visible—right from the first lead all the way to vehicle delivery and after-sales follow-up. The flow must cover lead generation, customer interaction, booking, finance, documentation, delivery logistics, and any other dealership department that touches the file, both for stores in India and for our outlets abroad.

The screens should adapt to three key user groups: frontline sales staff who update activities in real time, managers and owners who watch live dashboards of deal status, team performance, and bottlenecks, and even customers who log in to check their own progress. Managers in particular must see at a glance where every customer file stands, who is responsible for the next task, which documents are missing, and how overall sales targets are trending.

I’m open to the design tool—Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, or something equally collaborative—as long as I receive a shareable, clickable prototype and the underlying source file. A short set of demo data illustrating leads at different stages will help prove the concept.

Acceptance criteria
• End-to-end flow mapped for each department mentioned above
• Role-based views for sales, management, and customers
• Dashboards highlighting status, KPIs, delays, and pending documents
• Works for both Indian and international dealership scenarios
• Delivered as a clickable prototype plus source file ready for my team’s review
