I am managing a Telegram community targeting the Brazilian market and need an administrator familiar with the local online landscape to help grow the membership while maintaining community quality. The core responsibilities focus on the human element—ranging from recruitment and screening to simple follow-ups.

**Key Tasks**
1. Recruit genuine part-time promoters via local Brazilian public channels (social media, forums, offline communities, etc.), ensuring diverse and compliant sourcing.
2. Design and maintain an online form for the initial screening of new members. The form must collect at least the following:
• Location/Region
• Promotion channel
Sync form results to Google Sheets or Notion for easy tracking and analysis.
3. Quickly verify the authenticity of applicants' locations based on form data and make a basic assessment of their language proficiency (this can be done via short text-based Q&A or a voice-based self-check question; no formal interview is required).
4. Provide regular reports covering the number of new applicants, acceptance rates, the distribution of promotion channels, and actionable suggestions for improvement.
5. Maintain real-time communication with me via Telegram and provide timely feedback regarding suspicious accounts or ineffective channels.

**Acceptance Criteria**
• Meet the established weekly recruitment targets and submit a structured data sheet along with a brief analysis.
• Ensure online form fields are accurate and traceable, with no data loss.
• Guarantee candidate authenticity; prevent the infiltration of bot farms or accounts based outside of Brazil.
