I have an existing meeting room that is about to become our flagship fabric showroom, and I already know every finish, furniture piece and logo placement I want. What I do not have are photorealistic visuals to communicate that vision to the contractor and my team.
You will work from:
• A full set of current room photos (walls, ceiling, floor, windows).
• Mood/reference images that clarify colours, textures, fixtures and branded graphics.
• A written breakdown of material swaps, new furniture and exact logo locations.
Preferred toolchain is SketchUp with V-Ray or Corona because that matches the rest of our workflow; please keep native SKP files tidy and layered so we can take quick measurements later if needed.
Key inclusions
– Material changes: new timber flooring, painted ceiling baffles, brushed-brass hardware, bespoke fabric-wrapped wall panels.
– Furniture changes: modular display plinths, a central sampling table, two lounge chairs and discreet storage.
– Branding elements: illuminated logo on the back wall, small way-finding decals, and our colour palette echoed in upholstery.
Overall aesthetic is modern—clean lines, warm neutrals with a single accent colour—so lighting and camera angles should emphasise clarity and texture realism rather than dramatic mood.
Four reference walls are labeled in the attached photos: Wall A, Wall B, Wall C, Wall D. Full current-condition photos and a 360°-style walkthrough set are attached, along with annotated "before" photos showing exactly what should change.
Deliverables
3D model of the space reflecting all changes above Source files sketchup
Minimum of 6 photorealistic rendered views (one per wall/angle as covered in the attached reference photos, plus 1–2 additional angles of designer's choice to best showcase the space)
Renders delivered in high-resolution JPG/PNG (min. 3000px on longest side)

Please submit a final, all-inclusive bid for the full scope described above. No milestone or partial payment requests — one clear total price for the complete deliverable set.
