Brand Naming Specialist

Iam looking for an experienced Brand Naming Specialist / Naming Strategist to help us create a unique, memorable, and scalable brand name for an upcoming B2C consumer platform.

The brand will operate in the digital commerce, savings, benefits, rewards, and lifestyle ecosystem in India.

I'm looking for a name that is:

- Short and easy to remember
- Easy to pronounce and spell
- Modern and consumer-friendly
- Suitable for Indian as well as global audiences
- Premium yet approachable
- Distinctive and highly brandable
- Suitable for a mobile app and website
- Not restricted to a single product category
- Capable of becoming a standalone consumer brand
- Preferably 5–8 letters or 2–3 syllables

Scope of Work

The selected freelancer should:
1. Understand our business concept, target audience, and future positioning.
2. Develop multiple naming directions/territories.
3. Provide 30–50 original brand name options.
4. Shortlist the top 8–10 names with reasoning behind each.
5. Explain the meaning, idea, or story behind shortlisted names.
6. Check pronunciation and spelling simplicity.
7. Conduct preliminary competitor and brand-name collision research.
8. Check availability of relevant domain names, preferably .com and .in.
9. Check social-media username availability where reasonably possible.
10. Conduct a preliminary Indian trademark availability search, particularly for relevant business classes.
11. Recommend the final Top 3 names with positioning rationale.

Important Requirements

We are NOT looking for generic AI-generated lists or simple combinations such as "Gift + X", "Reward + X", or "Save + X".

We want names that can develop into a distinctive consumer brand over the long term.

Names should preferably work independently without requiring the parent company's name.
