Boxing & Muay thai Reels Creation

I need freelancer to help me weekly with 5/10 reels, I will provide a library of raw boxing footage from my coaching training sessions and instructional demonstrations. I need that existing material shaped into punchy Instagram Reels (9:16, under 60 seconds each), that feel fast, technical, and coach-like rather than hype-montage.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Each reel focuses either on a workout snippet or a single technique breakdown, keeping the story tight and clear.
• On-screen captions must carry concise, technically accurate explanations—think annotated guard positions, footwork cues, punch numbers—timed to land exactly as the action happens.
• Visual style: clean lower-thirds or kinetic text, colour-graded footage, subtle impact sounds or whooshes where it helps comprehension, no heavy meme graphics.
• Make the video quality is good and you can make it brighter and better qualify for instagram post
• Final exports delivered as .mp4 ready for Instagram, plus the project files (Capcut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut are all fine).

Acceptance criteria
1. Video length 15–60 seconds, 1080×1920 resolution.
2. Captions fully burned-in, readable but with low background sound, free of typos.
3. At least two distinct reels delivered for review; revisions included until the pacing, captioning, and overall clarity meet the technical-explanation style.
