The annual automotive award I run deserves a much wider spotlight, and the website that supports it should feel as lively as the industry it celebrates. Social media campaigns are the most effective route for us, so the entire effort will revolve around Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

The mission is two–fold:

1) spark real conversation around the award, and

2) drive qualified traffic back to the site so visitors explore the award, want to enter their car, attend the car show where the judging takes place.

Here’s how I picture the collaboration working:

• Strategy & Calendar – Map out a 30-day content plan that balances eye-catching visuals, short-form videos, updated website between now and the June 5th, 2027 Southeastern Hot Rod Show in Dalton, GA where the entrees are judged and the award is presented.
• Content Production – Create posts that highlight nominees, judging criteria, and fun automotive trivia that encourages saves, shares, and comments.
• Engagement & Community – Actively respond, like, retweet, and join relevant automotive threads to keep the momentum genuine.
• Traffic Push – Every post should feature a clear, natural call-to-action that brings users back to the award website to vote or read more.
• Reporting – Monthly/weekly snapshots covering reach, clicks, and growth so I can see what resonates and refine quickly.

If you already have tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or native Twitter analytics in your workflow, that’s perfect—just plug them in. My measure of success is simple: steady follower growth paired with a clear uptick in site sessions and completed award entries.

Send over a concise outline of how you would hit these goals, examples of similar campaigns you’ve run, and any quick wins you’d implement in the first week.
