I need a bookkeeper assistant to create a 10-year NJ Corp income and expenses for accountant Bookkeeper assistant Needed to Reconstruct ~3Years of LLC Expenses (No Income, Only Property‑Related Costs)
Project Overview
I am seeking an experienced bookkeeper or accountant to help recreate approximately 3 years of historical bookkeeping for a small NJ Corp.. The company owns vacant land only, with no income, and the goal is to properly categorize all expenses so past‑due business tax returns can be filed.
Scope of Work
• Rebuild bookkeeping records for ~10 years
• Review receipts and expense documentation stored in emails and folders on my laptop
• Categorize all expenses accurately for tax purposes
• Organize records year‑by‑year for submission to a tax preparer
• Work collaboratively via Google Meet sessions to review and confirm expenses in real time
• Prepare clean, organized bookkeeping files ( Excel, google worksheet or similar)
Important Notes
• The LLC and NJ Corp has no revenue, only expenses related to vacant lots
• Receipts are not centralized; they must be located and organized from digital records
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
• Hours will depend on the pace of review during Google Meet working sessions
Ideal Freelancer
