My book is complete and I’m ready to move into the first phase of its launch. I need a clear, data-driven marketing plan that zeroes in on promotional strategies rather than the broader editorial or production work.

Scope of work
The core of the assignment is to map out how I should promote the book through social media campaigns, email marketing, and carefully chosen partnerships or collaborations. This means identifying which channels will give the best reach, specifying content themes and timing, and laying out the practical steps—right down to platform settings or recommended email service providers—to make each tactic happen.

Deliverables
• A written marketing plan (PDF or Google Doc) that opens with a concise overview and dives into:
– Social media campaign concepts, posting cadence, paid-vs-organic mix, sample copy ideas, and KPIs.
– An email marketing sequence outlining list-growth tactics, send schedule, subject-line angles, and conversion goals.
– A partnerships roadmap showing possible author, influencer, or brand collaborations, the value exchange, and first-contact templates.
• A simple launch-week calendar that ties all three channels together so I can see day-by-day actions at a glance.
• Measurement framework: what to track, how often, and how to interpret results so I can pivot quickly if needed.

Acceptance criteria
The plan must be actionable within realistic indie-author resources, reference current best practices (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp or similar, Canva for assets), and give me at least three platform-specific ideas per channel to test.
